La Sala Plena del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ), mediante Resolución N° 003-2020, de fecha 13 de mayo del presente año, anunció la segunda prórroga de la suspensión del Despacho de Tribunales, comenzando desde el 13 de mayo hasta el 12 de junio de 2020 (ambas fechas inclusive) por la pandemia COVID-19 y en concordancia con las medidas implementadas por el Ejecutivo Nacional, garantizando la celeridad y administración de justicia, indicando que “permanecerán en suspenso las causas y no correrán los lapsos procesales”; lo cual no impide que se practiquen las actuaciones urgentes para el aseguramiento de los derechos de alguna de las partes, de conformidad con la ley.
